Enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months. Session summary records are retained for up to 3 years, after which they are securely deleted. Website analytics data is retained for 14 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where strictly necessary:
- Service providers: email hosting and website infrastructure providers, under data processing agreements
