Our Solutions
Three Ways to Help Your Family Work Together More Clearly
Each Kinbridge service is structured, non-binding, and focused on a specific kind of family coordination. Choose the one that fits where your family is right now.

Our Facilitation Methodology
Enquiry & Preparation
After your enquiry we discuss the shared topic in writing before the session. Everyone arrives knowing what will be discussed.
Structured Session
A trained facilitator holds the session with equal time for each participant. The facilitator guides — the family does the talking.
Written Summary
Within 48 hours, every participant receives a factual written summary of what was discussed and any steps agreed.
Service 1
Family Conversation Facilitation
A calm, neutral session where a facilitator helps family members talk through a shared topic with respect and structure. Non-binding and supportive — we guide the conversation, not the decisions. This service is not a substitute for qualified professional services.
- Neutral facilitator throughout
- Equal time for each participant
- Written summary included
- Available in English and Thai
- Follow-up sessions available
Typical Session Steps
- 01.Pre-session topic confirmation in writing
- 02.Opening round — each person shares their perspective
- 03.Facilitated exchange on shared topic
- 04.Summary of key points and any agreed next steps
- 05.Written record distributed within 48 hours
Service 2
Co-Parenting Coordination Workshop
A practical workshop helping parents build shared routines, calendars, and communication habits for raising children across two households. Focused on planning and cooperation — purely organisational and educational in nature.
- Working shared calendar structure
- Communication protocols for both households
- Routine templates for school, health, and activities
- Written summary of all agreed structures
- One follow-up check-in session included
Workshop Steps
- 01.Intake: each parent completes a short preparation form
- 02.Session A: Building the shared calendar
- 03.Session B: Communication habits and handover routines
- 04.Written outputs distributed
- 05.Follow-up check-in (approx. 4 weeks later)
Service 3
Family Information & Records Programme
An extended programme that helps a family organise important household records and key contacts into one clear, agreed system. Centred on coordination and document organisation, with notes shared throughout. We do not store or hold your documents — we help you build the system to do so yourselves.
- Emergency contacts and service providers
- School, insurance, and property records index
- Agreed naming and filing structure
- Shared reference notes at every stage
- Final handover pack for the whole family
Programme Steps
- 01.Records audit: what exists, where, and who knows about it
- 02.Structure design: agree categories and naming system
- 03.Working sessions: organise and index records together
- 04.Key contacts confirmed and documented
- 05.Final handover pack distributed to all family members

Across All Services
Standards That Apply to Every Session
PDPA Data Compliance
All personal information shared with Kinbridge is handled in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. No data is sold or shared without consent.
Non-Binding Participation
Nothing discussed or agreed in a Kinbridge session creates legal obligations. All participation is voluntary and can be paused or ended at any point.
Written Record Every Time
Every service ends with a written summary shared with all participants. Records are factual and do not include interpretation or opinions from the facilitator.
Genuine Neutrality
Kinbridge facilitators are trained to hold no position on any family's decisions. If a facilitator identifies a conflict of interest, they disclose it and offer an alternative.
Trained Facilitators Only
No untrained staff lead sessions. All Kinbridge facilitators complete structured training before working with families and continue professional development annually.
Scope Transparency
We are clear about what Kinbridge does not cover. When families need legal, psychological, or medical support, we say so directly and encourage them to seek qualified help.
